Guest rooms are cozy and private, furnished with unique antique pieces and lace country curtains. The common areas are casual and relaxed - read a book by the large fieldstone fireplace, sip your beverage of choice on the large farm-style porch, or complete a stroll through the vegetable and flower gardens with a nap in the hammock - nothing is rushed, your time is yours.
Don't forget to bring your appetite! Innkeeper Diana Wichland serves family-style creative country breakfasts that both surprise and delight her guests. How about date-filled waffles with blood orange sauce, honey-banana whole wheat French toast with Vermont maple syrup and fresh fruit, or spinach, feta cheese and Vermont cheddar quiche? And who said apple pie isn't a breakfast side dish? Fresh bread is baked daily, and fruits and vegetables are from the bed and breakfast's own garden or from local farms whenever possible.
It doesn't matter the season - we're close to the Brattleboro area which offers many cultural events, unique shopping and restaurants to suit everyone's taste. Equally close to the Manchester area and surrounding
small towns. Easily reached from I-91, Ranney Brook Farm is within minutes of major four-season recreational resort areas. Excellent skiing, walking, biking, kayaking, and fishing are nearby.
We will hold your reservations with MasterCard, Visa, American Express, cash, or check. Gift Certificates are also available. We are also available for showers, business luncheons and workshops, and small group retreats. We look forward to the pleasure of your company!
